The Reason For This Tender Is The Expiration Of The Agreement For Management And Maintenance (Hereinafter B&O) Of The Non-Ship-Related Part Of Two Measuring Stations At The Locations (1) Lobith & (2) Eijsden. The New Agreement Must Ensure That The Desired Functional Condition Of The Various Technical Installations (Not Being Analysis Equipment) In The Measuring Stations Is Maintained At The Correct Quality Level By Carrying Out Preventive And Corrective Maintenance. This Concerns Maintenance Of, For Example (But Not Exhaustive), Low-Voltage Installations, Water Intake Installations And Climate Control. In Addition, Maintenance Work Must Be Carried Out On The Surrounding Areas Of Both Measuring Stations. This Includes Mowing The Grass And Maintaining The Access (Barrier And Fencing).
