The Municipality Of Helmond Is Looking For A Supplier Who Will Carry Out The Entire Implementation For The Coming Years In The Context Of Our Own Risk Bearing Status Regarding (Former) Employees Who Have Ended Up Under Unemployment Benefit, Wga Or Sickness Benefit. By This We Mean The Design Of The Reintegration Responsibility Of The Municipality Of Helmond For (Former) Employees Entitled To Benefits, Including Legal Advice About And Communication With The Uwv. And Also Implements Any Sanctions And Enforcement In Accordance With A Policy To Be Further Formulated Together. The Municipality Of Helmond Wants To Guide Former Employees Who Receive Benefits (Within Our Own Risk Bearer Status) In Such A Way That They (Can) Perform (Sustainable) Suitable Work And/Or Receive A Benefit That Is In Line With And Changes With Their Personal Situation.
