This Descriptive Document Concerns The Public Procedure For The Provision Of Services For The Municipality Of Druten And The Municipality Of Wijchen, With Tender Reference Z/24/236782. The Services Consist Of Location Management And Security At The Emergency Reception Locations Of The Above Municipalities. The Municipality Of Druten And The Municipality Of Wijchen Each Want To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One (1) Service Provider Through This European Tender For Each Plot (Plot 1: Location Management And Plot 2: Security). Since Both Municipalities Will Each Act Independently As Clients, A Total Of Four (4) Framework Agreements Will Be Concluded. The Winning Tenderer Per Plot Will Therefore Be Awarded That Plot For Both Municipalities And Conclude The Framework Agreements With Both Municipalities For That Plot. (The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is 150% Of The Above Estimated Hours) - The Framework Agreement With The Municipality Of Wijchen: Has The Estimated Value Of 8 Hours Per Week, 416 Hours On An Annual Basis For The Location Manager And € 2000 For Facility Management Information System (Fmis). (The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is 150% Of The Above Estimated Hours) The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement For Lot 2 (Security): - The Framework Agreement With The Municipality Of Druten: Has The Estimated Value Of 168 Hours Per Week, 8,736 Hours On Annual Basis. - The Framework Agreement With The Municipality Of Wijchen: Has An Estimated Value Of 184 Hours Per Week, 9,568 Hours On An Annual Basis.
