The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Replacement Of The Existing Diesel Generators In Order To Provide A Reliable Back-Up Power Supply. The Public Order Is Divided Into Three Separate Positions As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 Modernization Of Reserved Power Supply Diesel Generators Tdu West, Separate Position No. 2 Modernization Of Reserved Power Supply Diesel Generators Tdu East And Separate Position No. 3 Modernization Of Reserved Power Supply Diesel Generators Tsu South. The Public Order Includes: Preparation Of Detailed Electrical Diagrams And Supply And Installation Of Diesel Generators, Supply Of Controllers For Avr And Implementation Of Dismantling And Installation Activities And Training Of Employees Of The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications, To The Participation Documentation. The Term For The Complete Execution Of The Order, For Each Specific Position, Is No More Than 210 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Obtaining A Permit To Work In The Strategic Sites Until The Date Of The Acceptance-Handover Protocol For Successfully Conducted 72-Hour Tests, Including: Time Frame For Drawing Up Detailed Electrical Diagrams: No More Than 30 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Obtaining A Permit To Work In The Strategic Areas Of The Strategic Objects Until The Date Of The Handover Protocol For Handing Over The Detailed Electrical Diagrams From The Contractor To The Contracting Authority. Time For The Completion Of All Deliveries And Installation Activities: No More Than 180 Calendar Days, Counting From The Date Of Approval Of The Unfolded Electrical Diagrams To The Date Of The Handover Report For Successfully Completed 72-Hour Tests And Commissioning. A Mandatory Condition For The Performance Of The Works, The Subject Of The Contract, Is Obtaining A Permit For The Persons To Work In Strategic Areas Of Strategic Objects And Activities That Are Important For The National Security Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, According To Decree No. 3/10.01.2013. Of Ms / For Amendment Of Post. No. 181/20.07.2009 Of The Ministry Of Justice/, Art. 4, Para. 4 Of Zdans, In Connection With Art. 40, Item 2 Of The Pp Of Zdans.
