The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Construction Of A Multifunctional Sports Hall - Rakovski - Rakovski Town, Rakovski Municipality, Plovdiv Region The Scope Of The Procurement Includes The Construction Of The Following Two Sub-Sites, Detailed In The Technical Specification: First Stage Of Construction / Sub-Site 1 - Sports Hall; Second Stage Of Construction / Sub-Site 2 - Indoor Swimming Pool The Land Designated For A Multi-Purpose Sports Hall Is Located In A Strategic Location In The Town Of Rakovski. The Project Proposal Aims To Create A Sustainable, Functionally Suitable And Modern Architectural Environment, With A Plastic Facade Solution, A Unique Architectural Image. Integration Of The Hall With The Surrounding Development - Such As Volume, Urban Planning Solution And Fitting The Building To The Terrain. Creation Of A Complex Environment For Sports, Recreation And Entertainment. The Sports Hall Will Host: - Competitions From Various Sports, In Accordance With The Requirements Of International Federations, With Adaptability Of The Stands And The Overall Configuration Of The Playing Field; - Concerts, Conferences, Exhibitions, Exhibitions And Other Cultural Events. The Multipurpose Sports Hall Project Consists Of Two Sub-Sites: A Sports Hall And An Indoor Swimming Pool. Open Sports Grounds For Tennis, Basketball, Streetball, Volleyball, Football, Street Fitness Have Been Built Within The Boundaries Of The Complex. At The Moment, The Terrain Is A Free, Undeveloped Area With Service Possibilities From Adjacent Service Streets From The City Street Network. Two Stages Of Construction Are Planned. In Stage 1, It Is Planned To Build The Multi-Purpose Hall, Including The Training Rooms, Changing Rooms, Offices And Service Rooms For Them, As Well As The Adjacent Terrain, Within The Scope Of The Development. The Grandstands For The Spectators Are Located On Ten Rows On The Southern Side Of The Playing Field And In The Volume Below Them Are Partially Located The Toilets For Visitors, Warehouses And Installation Rooms. The Supporting Structure Of The Multipurpose Hall Is Monolithic Reinforced Concrete, With Columns, Beams, Frames, Washers And A Reinforced Concrete Slab On The Stands. The Roof Of The Large Multifunctional Hall Has A Metal Steel Structure Of Trusses, Steel Columns, Steel Profiles Supporting The Facade Thermal Panels, Described In Detail In The Project Part Structural And Details In The Part Architecture. The Internal Partition Walls Will Be Built Of 12 Cm Thick Bricks. And 25 Cm And The Legally Required Stb Belts And Columns.
