The Framework Agreement Is Single-Awarded. This Framework Agreement Is Mixed (Article R2162-3 Of The Public Procurement Code). It May Be Carried Out By Means Of Purchase Orders On The Basis Of The Prices Indicated In The Unit Price Schedule But Also By Means Of Subsequent Contracts Which May Be: Either At A Global And Fixed Price; Either At Unit Prices; Or At Mixed Prices. The Minimum And Maximum Cumulative Amounts Of Orders And Subsequent Contracts That Can Be Carried Out Within The Framework Of This Framework Agreement Are Defined As Follows: Minimum Amount: Without Minimum Amount; Maximum Amount: 50,000 Excluding Vat For 12 Months. The Framework Agreement Takes Effect From Its Date Of Notification To The Holder.
