Wide Area Network Services – Providing Wide Area Network Services Wan_Pp For Poczta Polska S.A.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Data Transmission Services In The Wan_Pp Network Between Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party, Grouped According To The Provided Link In Categories T0–T7, For A Period Of 9 Months. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) Provide The Service Continuously (I.E. 24 Hours A Day), In Accordance With The Parameters And Conditions Specified In The Opz And The Draft Contract, 2) Maintain The Connection Parameters - Availability And Quality In Accordance With The Requirements Described In The Opz - For Each Location, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, 3) Provide The Ordering Party With Access To The Monitoring System And The Connection Control System Under The Conditions Specified In The Opz, 4) Provide Technical Support For The Wan_Pp Network On The Terms Indicated In The Opz, In Including Providing The Ordering Party With Technical Support Within The Help Desk, Open 24 Hours A Day Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, 5) Monitoring The Wan_Pp Network In A Given Location 24 Hours A Day Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Starting From The Date Of Commencement Of The Provision Of Services In The Case Of The Locations Indicated In Annex No. 2 To The Agreement, And In The Case Of New Locations, From The Date Of Reporting The New Location For Acceptance. 3. If The Response Time Or The Time To Remove The Reported Failure Or Wan Mass Failure Indicated In The Opz Is Exceeded, The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To A Discount Reducing The Amount Of Remuneration For The Services. The Value Of The Discount And The Method Of Its Calculation And Regulation Are Indicated In The Opz. 4. The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To A Discount Reducing The Amount Of Remuneration For The Services, Also If The Services Do Not Reach Sla Levels, In Particular Those Related To Availability And Technical Parameters - Under The Conditions Specified In The Opz. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annexes No. 3 And 3A To The Swz And In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz.
