The Procurement Project Is Intended To Replace The Existing System With A New System And Includes In Particular The Following Services:• Provision Of A Software System To Map The Energy And Water Management Processes In The Market Roles Of Network Operator, Energy Supplier And Metering Point Operator For The Electricity, Gas, Water And Heat Sectors• Provision Of A Software System To Map The Commercial, Tax Law And Energy Industry Processes Of An Accounting System, Which Includes In Particular Financial Accounting, Asset Accounting, Debit And Credit Subledgers, Cost Accounting And Order Management As Well As Payment Transaction Processing And Digital Checking• Integration Of The Energy And Water Management System With Financial Accounting To Form An Overall System• Initial Services Up To Operational Readiness, In Particular Detailed Conception Of The Entire System, Implementation And Testing, Data Transfer From The Existing System, Training, Go-Live And Project Management• Operation Of The Entire System As A Software As A Service Solutionthe Entire System Must Be Made Fully Functional And Productive By December 31, 2027 At The Latest.
