The build-up of sediment at the Shotover Delta has exacerbated the flood risk for Lake Wakatipu previously and is actively managed by the ORC. The ORC regularly resurveys a series of cross sections, to determine gravel availability for extraction and flood hazard changes. The last survey was in 2023. We need the surveys to be undertaken with deliverables provided to ORC by mid- June 2024. Our requirements a. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is an invitation to submit a Quote for the delivery of surveys of sections on the Shotover and Kawarau rivers. We are seeking quotes that offer the best value. b. The estimated quantity to be delivered is 22 surveyed sections. c. The surveys must be delivered to by 15/06/2024. d.
