Tenders are invited for Supply of Fuel and Lubricants Using Fuel Card System on a Framework Contract for a Period of Two (2) Years A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of Kes. 1,000.00 in cash or Bankers Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.ntsa.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal https://tenders.go.ke.Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. 5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.ntsa.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@ntsa.go.ke ,P.O. Box 3602-00506,0709 932 000 to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. 6. All Tenders must be accompanied by an Original tender security (Value Kes.100, 000.00) Kenya Shillings One Hundred thousand in form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya OR an Insurance Guarantee issued by an insurance company approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority and must be valid for a minimum of 154 days from tender opening date. 7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted including attachments. 8.
