The Subject Of The Proceedings Is To Grant The Porąbka Commune A Long-Term Loan In The Amount Of Pln 3,000,000.00 To Finance The Planned Commune Budget Deficit And To Repay The Communes Previously Incurred Credits And Loans. The Loan Period Is 121 Months (Planned Date Of Signing The Contract - June 20, 2024). The Loan Will Be Made Available To The Ordering Party In Tranches From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2024. The Amount Of Individual Loan Tranches And The Exact Dates Of Their Disbursement Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party To The Contractor In Writing, According To Its Own Current Needs. The Ordering Partys Information On The Amount And Date Of Payment Of The Loan Tranche Will Be Presented To The Contractor Within 3 Days Before The Date Of Payment Of The Loan Tranche. The Loan Interest Rate Will Be Variable, Calculated According To The Wibor 1M Rate. Payments Of Principal And Interest Installments Will Be Made On The Last Day Of The Month, However, If It Is A Holiday, Sunday Or Saturday, The Payment Will Be Made On The Last Business Day Preceding The Holiday. The Commission On The Loan Granted Cannot Exceed 0.1% Of The Loan Amount. Capital Repayment Period: 114 Months (From January 31, 2025 - June 30, 2034) - Required Grace Period In Capital Repayment Until January 31, 2025. In The Event Of Early Repayment Of The Loan, Interest Will Be Calculated For The Period Of Its Actual Use. The Lender Will Not Charge Interest On The Unused Loan Amount.
