Completed Intent to Bid and supplier information Forms for all categories must be submitted until 29th April 2024 5:00pm ONLY through the below. Bidders can submit their filled out, signed and stamped intent to bid and supplier information form through a bid box arranged in the respective field offices they are applying for. OR Email the completed forms to et-tender-questions@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number and description in the email subject line. Submissions without description and tender reference number may not be accepted. After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the tender package will be sent to the suppliers who submitted the filled out, signed and stamped Intent to Bid and supplier information forms.
