Tenders are invited for Physical Infrastructure and Human Resource Development Project at NATA, Gazipur. (Sub-Head:- Construction of 1- Storied Ansar Dormitory Building with 2-storied foundation in/c internal sanitary, internal electrification, Approach road at National Agriculture Training Academy at Gazipur Sadar, Gazipur). During the year 2023-2024. Eligibility of Tenderer: This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who have min. 03(three) years of general experience in construction works b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 no. of similar construction work of amounting to Tk.1.00 Crore only in a single contract in last 5 years. c) The Tenderer must process: i) Up to date valid Trade license, up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR & Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR, ABC license with supervisory license d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turn over in the last 5 (five) years of Tk.1.50 Crore only. Necessary supporting documents (Detailed payment certificate) should be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concern department and shall be submitted with the tender. e) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk.50.00 lac only to be issued in Letter of commitment for Banks Undertaking for line of credit in the format as specified (Form e-PW2-3) f) Tender capacity Tk.1.00 Crore only. g) All other terms and conditions are shown in the TDS of the Tender Documents. h) The tenderer have to complete the works within the approved DPP timelimit.
