The Client Wishes To Realize Framework Agreements With Three Contractors Who Can Supply Ict Professionals In A Broad Spectrum, Without Establishing An Employment Relationship With The Client. Due To The Current Shortage Of Personnel In Many Markets, In Particular The Ict Sector, The Client Aims To Guarantee The Continuity Of Its Own Ict Function Through Several Framework Agreements With Specialized Service Providers. The Framework Agreements Have A Combined Maximum Value Over A Term Of 4 Years Of € 6,000,000 Excluding Vat. This Assumes An Average Of 10 Requests Annually, With An Average Hourly Rate Of 100 Euro, Which Means An Average Turnover Of Approximately € 175,000 Per Request. This Value Has Been Determined On The Basis Of A Realistic Expectation Of The Purchase Over The Entire Term, Including Possible Extensions. The Expectation Has Been Increased By A Real Margin Of Uncertainty. No Rights Can Be Derived From This Expectation. If This Maximum Size Is Reached During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, All Concluded Framework Agreements Will Expire Immediately. The Size Mentioned Above Is Intended As An Indication, The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Rights From This In Any Way. All Amounts Stated Are Exclusive Of Vat.
