We Are Asking For Your Offer For The Tasks Of Construction Consultant And Site Supervision (Supervision Of Construction, Building Technology And Geothermal Works) For The Partial Renovation Of The Parish Hall (Church) In Munkkiniemi Based On This Request For Tender And Its Attached Material. If It Is Not Possible To Build A Geothermal System On The Site, The Portion Of Monitoring The Geothermal Work Will Be Deducted From The Ceiling Price. The Target Is The Parish Hall (Church) Designed By Architect Pauli Salomaa, Which Was Built In 1953–54 And Inaugurated On June 27, 1954. A Partial Renovation Was Done In 1998 Based On The Plan Of Architect Kari Hyvärinen. The Building Is Not Protected By The Site Plan, By The Finnish Museum Agency Or By The Church Act, But The Finnish Museum Agency Is Strongly Involved In The Project. The Church In Munkkiniemi Includes The Wing Building And The Church Part. In The Wing There Are Three Apartments And Parish Facilities (E.G. Office And Club Facilities). The Wing Section Has Two Floors And A Basement. The Church Part Has Two Floors (1+1 Basement). Room Area: 1,177 M²gross Area: 1,326 M²volume: 5,964 M³ Schedule The Project Planning Of The Site Will Start In June 2024. The Developer Consultant Will Start The Project In The General Planning Phase In 10/2024 And The Assignment Will End With The Completion Of The Site In 12/2026 (According To The Preliminary Project Schedule ). The Supervisors Will Start Assignments Around 10/2025. The Plans And Contract Calculation Documents Must Be Ready By The Middle Of 7/2025 At The Latest. The Selection Of The Contractor Will Take Place After The Tender Based On The Prepared Plans, So That The Implementation Can Start In The Fall Of 11/2025 According To A Separately Updated Schedule.
