The Subject Of The Order Covers Construction And Assembly Works Related To The Major Repair (Asphalting) Of Streets In Three Of The Settlements On The Territory Of The Chuperen Municipality - The Village Of Gorni Lom, The Village Of Dolni Lom And The Village Of Replyana. The Subject Of The Public Procurement For Each Of The Separate Positions Is To Improve The Road Surfaces Due To Wear Of The Dense Asphalt Concrete, The Deteriorated Levelness, The Many Partial Repairs On The Pavement And Many Linear And Mesh Cracks On The Pavement, As Well As The Construction Of New Road Structures In The Places Where It Is Lacking Asphalt . According To Order No. Rd-02-20-2 Of December 20, 2017 For Planning And Designing The Communication And Transport System Of The Urbanized Territories Depending On Their Functional Purpose, The Streets Listed Above Are From The Secondary Street Network Of The Populated Areas. The Traffic Load On The Street Network Is Of Medium Intensity And Is Mainly Made Up Of Cars And Light Trucks. The Pavement On Some Of Them Has Been Completely Destroyed Or Is Missing, And The Formed Irregularities, Puddles Of Mud, Water And Drifts Make It Difficult For Cars And Pedestrians To Pass. The Main Renovation Envisages Maintaining The Gauge, With The Elements Of The Horizontal Curves Following The Geometry Of The Existing Streets And The Leveling Is Consistent With Preserving The Existing Position Of The Streets And Entrances To The Properties.
