The Pilgrimage Town Of Werl Is Planning To Set Up And Staff A City Management Team. In City Management, Parts Of The Isek (Integrated Urban Development Concept) For The City Center Of Werl Are To Be Networked And Implemented In A Goal-Oriented Manner In Close Cooperation With All Different Actors. The Aim Is To Create A Low-Threshold Contact Point For Active, Engaging And Solution-Oriented Communication With All Stakeholders. The Implementation Of City Management Should Be Carried Out By An External Third Party. The City Management Activities Should Be Carried Out Both On-Site And Digitally/Mobilely. The Scope Of Work Is 20 Working Hours Per Week For The Introduction And Support Of The City Management, Keeping Appointments And Temporarily Staffing The City Center Office. Use At Other Times Of The Day (E.G. Evening Events, Participation In Meetings, Etc.) Is Expected If Necessary And Coordinated With The Administration. The Budget For Personnel Costs Including Additional Costs As Well As Rental Costs Including Additional Costs, Which Will Not Be Exceeded By The Offer Price May Amount To A Total Of 193,000.00 Euros (Gross) For The Years 2024 And 2025. An Offer That Concludes With A Higher Amount Will Be Excluded.
