Project: Tender18612 - Moh Unified Cad (Central Ambulance Communication) . Ensure That Central Ambulance Communication Centres (Caccs) Have Access To The Best Computer Aided Dispatch (Cad) Technology Available In The Marketplace, Focusing On Improving 9-1-1 Call Taker And Dispatcher User Experiences, While Establishing A New ‘Unified’ Cad Pricing And Service Model - One That Assures Ministry Of Health (Moh) Can Continue To Support Cacc Standards Provincially And Meet Cacc Operational Needs Regionally. This, In Turn, Means The Following Occurs: • Ensure 911 Operations Is Sustained • Improve Cacc Workflow And Time On Task • Maintain Standardized System-To-System Cad Integrations • Create A Sustainable Cad Infrastructure / Support Footprint • More Efficient Cad Software Upgrades And A Reduction In The Time To Release New Cad Features And Functions Scope Of Work 1. Creation And Issuance Of A Unified Cad Request For Bid (Rfb) 2. Selection Of A Cad Vendor 3. Creation Of A Contract (In 3Rd Quarter 24/25) 4. Installation Of The Unified Cad Solution, Including Fulsome Testing, Then Linking The Solution To The Cad Workstations In All 21 Caccs/Accs; This Effort Would Include: A. Comprehensive Implementation Plans B. Training (User, Technical And Administrative) C. Documentation D. Extensive Warranty And Support Processes 5. Adoption Of Standardization For Cad Usage Across All Caccs 6. Integration With The Existing Downstream Systems That Support The 911 Business Operation Processes And Services 8. Build Of Required Training Environments To Support The Unified Cad Deployment 9. Migration Of Key Data From The Legacy Cad Instances To The Unified Cad Solution 10. Ensure Data Retention Process And Procedures Are Followed And Implemented 11. Decommissioning Of The Legacy Cad Solution Mandatory Information Session: Date: May 2, 2024 Time: From 13:00 To 16:00 (Toronto Time) Location: 5700 Yonge Street, Toronto, Boardroom On 9Th Floor Or Alternatively, Via Teams Meeting Session.
