24/00405 Acquisition Of Research _ Qualitative Study On Attitudes To Vaccine And Vaccination - Fhi . The Norwegian Institute Of Public Health (Fhi) Wants Insight Into Attitudes To Vaccines And Vaccination In The Adult Population Over 65 And Among Pregnant Women, As Well As Among Health Personnel Involved In Municipal Vaccination Work. Such Insight Is A Prerequisite For Understanding Barriers And Drivers For Vaccination, And Can Inform Future Public Health Campaigns And Vaccination Programmes. Scope And Activities: Planning And Design: The Contractor Must Provide Professional Guidance On The Existing Project Description, Including The Final Design Of The Implementation Plan For Recruitment, Data Collection And Analysis . The Contractor Must Assist In The Development Of Interview Guides. Recruitment: The Contractor Must Participate In The Recruitment Of Study Participants Through Contact With Relevant Municipalities, As Well As By Identifying And Recruiting Participants From The Adult Population And Health Personnel In Six Selected Municipalities. Data Collection: The Contractor Must Assist In Organization And Implementation Of In-Depth Interviews With Health Personnel And Focus Group Surveys Among Adults Over 65 And Pregnant Women. In-Depth Interviews: Conducted With Health Personnel To Explore Their Experiences With And Attitudes To Vaccination In General, And Their Experiences As Vaccine Providers. Focus Group Survey: Conducted Among The Elderly Over 65 And Among Pregnant Women In Order To Obtain Their Experiences With And Attitudes Towards Vaccination In General And The Vaccines Recommended For Their Group. Register Socio-Demographic Background Variables: A Limited Number Of Background Variables Must Be Registered For Participants In The Project With The Intention Of Knowing A Little About Group Composition In The Survey. Fieldwork And Geographical Coverage: The Contractor Must Be An Active Participant In All Fieldwork Activities. The Field Work Will Take Place In Six Municipalities Across The Country (North-Norway, South-West Norway, East Norway). Data Processing: All Data Processing, Including Data Collection, Handling And Analysis, Will Take Place In Accordance With Strict Guidelines For Privacy And Data Security Via Services For Sensitive Data (Tsd) At The University Of Oslo (Uio). Fhi Is Responsible For Processing. Fhi Enters Into A Data Processing Agreement With The Contractor During The Project Period. Controller: Fhi Is The Controller For The Project. By Virtue Of This Role, It Is Fhi That Enters Into And Manages The Agreement On Data Processing With Tsd. Ownership: Fhi Manages Access To Data During And After The Project. The Contractor Is Only Given Access To Data Via Tsd During The Project Period, This In Accordance With Routines Described In The Projects Dpia And Project Description. Data Is Anonymised At The End Of The Project And Then Stored At Fhi. Data Processor Agreement: The Contractor Enters Into An Agreement As A Data Processor (Attached In Appendix 8) And Must Follow All Relevant Procedures And Regulations For Handling Sensitive Data. Confidentiality: The Contractors Project Employee(S) Must Sign A Declaration Of Confidentiality Before Project Start (Attached In Appendix 9). Analysis: Analysis Of Collected Material With The Aim Of Identifying Key Themes And Insights Must Be Done Jointly By The Contractor And Fhis Project Staff. The Contractor Must Lead The Analysis Work, Including The Choice Of Analytical Approach And Method. Guidance Of Fhis Project Staff Will Be Part Of The Work. Reporting: The Contractor And The Client Will Jointly Prepare A Report Summarizing The Project Results And Giving Recommendations On Measures Based On The Most Important Findings. Time Frame: The Project Must Be Completed During The Year 2024. A Detailed Timetable Must Be Drawn Up In Collaboration With The Contractor. The Parties Can, After Dialogue, Continue The Assignment Beyond 2024 If Necessary, Depending On Continued Funding. Estimated Time Spent: 11-12 Working Weeks For The Contractor.
