The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Parking Lot With The Construction Of A Self-Cleaning Toilet At Al. Legions In Ustroń. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Prepare Design Documentation And Then, Based On It, Perform Construction Works Consisting Of The Modernization Of The Parking Lot And The Construction Of A Self-Cleaning Toilet At Al. Legionów In Ustroń. The Subject Matter Of The Contract Includes The Following Scope: 1) Task 1: Design Documentation - As Part Of This Task, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: A) Develop Complete Design Documentation (Construction And Architectural), In Accordance With The Scope And Guidelines Indicated In The Pfu For Design Documentation, Including: Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements For Connection Installations, I.E. Electrical, Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Telecommunications. B) After Acceptance By The Ordering Party - Submitting Construction And Architectural Documentation To The District Office In Cieszyn And Obtaining A Final Decision On Behalf Of The Ordering Party On A Building Permit For All Investments Required By Law, Including The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended), Necessary To Execute This Agreement. 2) Task 2: Construction Works - Modernization Of The Parking Lot With The Construction Of A Self-Cleaning Toilet And Elements Of Small Architecture In Ustroń At Al. Legionów, On Plots No. 223/26, 5014/67 And 5014/92 Rev. Ustroń - As Part Of This Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works Such As; A) Modernization Of The Parking Lot, B) Construction Of A Self-Cleaning Toilet, C) Construction Of The Necessary Infrastructure, I.E. Electrical, Sanitary And Telecommunications Installations, D) Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, I.E. Park And Picnic Benches Made Of Recycled Products, Waste Bins, Park Lamps Solar Panels, As Well As Installation Of Monitoring Elements) Cutting Out Invasive Greenery As Well As Self-Seeding Trees And Removing Tree Stumps. Note: The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of This Order Taking Into Account Specific Requirements Related To The Creation Of Appropriate Conditions For The Functioning Of Disabled People, Including: By: • Adapting The Toilet To The Special Needs Of Disabled People, Including: Ensuring Adequate Maneuvering Space; No Thresholds In The Doors; Installation Of At Least One Suitably Adapted Toilet Bowl And Washbasin, As Well As Handles To Facilitate The Use Of Hygienic And Sanitary Devices; • Avoiding Changes In Levels; • The Use Of Finishing Materials For Sidewalks, Paths, Stairs, Etc. Should Provide Stable Support And Have Anti-Slip Properties; • Make The Surface In A Way That Allows Water To Run Off And Prevent The Formation Of Puddles; • Ensuring That All Obstacles And Space Furnishing Elements Are Placed Outside The Main Communication Space (It Is Best That All Elements Of The Space Equipment Do Not Extend Beyond One, Strictly Defined Line. In The External Space, It May Be, For Example, A Line Marked By Street Lamps. All Design Works Should Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The Ordering Party And The Investors Supervision Inspector. The Ordering Party Before Submitting Recommends That You Familiarize Yourself With The Scope And Nature Of The Works In Detail. The Contractor Will Provide The Construction Facilities On His Own. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Must Prepare As-Built Documentation Approved By The Supervision Inspector And The Employer Permits, Opinions Required By Law As Part Of The Investment Being Implemented. The Dismantled Road And Openwork Slabs From The Existing Parking Surface Should Be Cleaned And Delivered To The Ordering Party To The Indicated Place In Ustroń. Note: There Is A Railway Stop In The Investment Area And Part Of A Section Of The Vistula Bicycle Route Runs. The Modernized Parking Lot Is In Close Proximity To The Vistula River, On Which There Are Many Recreation Areas For Cyclists And Pedestrians. The Investment Project Is Co-Financed By The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program Preliminary Promise No. Edycja8/2023/2197/Polskilad In The Amount Of Pln 95 % Of The Investment Value. The Ordering Partys Own Contribution Constitutes 5% Of The Investment Value.
