The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building Of Primary School No. 1 In Wojkowice And The Change Of Use Of The Residential Part Into Teaching Rooms And The Change Of Use Of Part Of The School Premises Into Rooms Intended For The Kindergarten Department In Wojkowice, Ul. Jana Iii Sobieskiego 29 - Divided Into Stages: Stage I Adaptation Of The Building Of Primary School No. 1 To Fire Safety Regulations In The Operating Zone Of Kindergarten Classes Located On The Ground Floor Of The Building - Separation Of Zone Zl Ii; Stage Ii Reconstruction Of Living Quarters Located In The Building Of Primary School No. 1 On School Rooms (Secretary Office, Principals Office, Etc.); Stage Iii. Extension Of The Building To Provide An Additional Teaching Room Above The Rooms Indicated In Stage Ii; Stage Iv. Reconstruction Of The Secretariat And Management Rooms Into An Additional Kindergarten Room. In Terms Of Fire Protection, The Stages Must Be Confined To The Fire Zone, Therefore, For The Purposes Of Inspection And Reconnaissance Activities Carried Out By The State Fire Service Before Use, The Following Stages Have Been Designated: Stage A (Including The Scope Of Stage I); Stage B (Including The Scope Of Stages Ii And Iii); Stage C (Including The Scope Of Stage Iv) Description Of Individual Stages: Stage A In This Stage, The First Construction Stage (Stage 1) Will Be Implemented. As Part Of This Stage, Fire Zone No. 1 Will Be Separated On The Ground Floor, Constituting A Kindergarten With A Life-Threatening Category Zlii. Due To The Fact That The Evacuation From This Fire Zone Will Lead To The K1 Staircase, This Staircase Will Also Be Included In This Stage. It Will Be Enclosed With Walls With A Fire Resistance Class Of Rei60, Closed With Doors With A Fire Resistance Class Of Eis30 And Equipped With Smoke Removal Devices. At This Stage, Technical Rooms Will Also Be Separated At The Basement Level. This Stage Also Assumes The Construction Of A Fire Road In Accordance With The Graphic Part Of The Expert Opinion. Preschool Children Will Use: • The Canteen Located In The Kindergartens Fire Zone, • The Cloakroom Located On The Ground Floor In The School Part. Stage B At This Stage, The Second And Third Construction Stages (Stage 2 And 3) Will Be Carried Out, Which Involve The Reconstruction Of Living Spaces Located In The Building For School Rooms (Secretariat, Principals Office, Etc.) And The Buildings Superstructure To Provide An Additional Teaching Room. As Part Of This Stage, The Entire Fire Zone No. 2, Which Constitutes The Remaining Part Of The School, Will Be Adapted. Stage C In This Stage, The Fourth Construction Stage (Stage 4) Will Be Implemented. As Part Of This Stage, Within Fire Zone No. 1, The Secretariat And Management Rooms Will Be Rebuilt Into An Additional Kindergarten Room. Preschool Children Will Use: • The Canteen Located In The Kindergartens Fire Zone, • The Cloakroom Located In The Kindergartens Fire Zone. General Characteristics Of The Facility (Dimensions, Structure, Purpose, Location). The Building Is Located In Wojkowice At Ul. Jana Iii Sobieskiego 29 On Plot No. 1026/2. It Is A School Building With Kindergarten Classes. It Has One Underground Floor (Basement) And Three Above-Ground Floors (Ground Floor, 1St Floor And 2Nd Floor). Characteristic Data Of The Building:• Volume: 8,898.95 M3• Internal Area: 2,328.03 M2• Building Area: 890, 67 M2• Length Of The Facade: 56.61 M• Width Of The Facade: 19.20 M• Height: 12.95 M (Medium-High Building)• Number Of Above-Ground Floors: 3 (Ground Floor, 1St Floor And 2Nd Floor)• Number Of Underground Floors: 2 (Basements 01 And 02) Structure Of The Facility:• Building Structure: Solid Brick• External Walls: Solid Brick• Ceilings: Reinforced Concrete• Roof Structure: Wooden• Roof Covering: Felt Paper• Internal Stairs Of Staircases: Reinforced Concrete.The Main Function Of The Building Does Not Change. However, The Project Assumes The Separation Of A Kindergarten Zone From The Ground Floor Of The School (Designed Zlii Zone), As Well As A Change Of Use Of The Residential Part Into A School One And The Extension Of This Part By One Floor. The Separated Zlii Zone Will Ultimately Include The Following Kindergarten Rooms: • 3 Kindergarten Rooms For 25 Children + 2 Caregivers;• Kindergarten Cloakroom;• Facilities (Auxiliary Room For Catering);• Hygienists Room (1 Person);• Toilet For Children;• Toilet For Staff;• Therapeutic Room (Room Intended For Children With Behavioral Disorders);• Cleaning Room ;• Corridor; Reconstruction And Extension Of The Residential Part Of The Building, Which After Reconstruction And Extension Will Belong To The Zliii Fire Zone, Which Includes The Primary School. The Former Apartments (Ground Floor Of The Building) Will Be Rebuilt Into School Administration Rooms With A Separate Entrance Through The Existing K2 Staircase:• K2 Staircase;• Internal Corridor;• Office Supplies Warehouse;• Staff Cloakroom;• Secretariat (1 Person);• Principals Office ( 1 Person);• Vice-Principals Office (1 Person);The Added Floor Will Be Functionally Connected To The School And The Following Is Planned There:• A School Room With Facilities/Common Room (24 Children + Teacher), In The Morning Hours The Room Will Function As A School Room, While In In The Afternoon It Will Function As A Common Room;• Library Room (24 Children + Teacher); The Remaining Part Of The School Remains Functionally Unchanged, It Is Only Planned To Separate The Main Staircase K1 And Adapt The Entire Buildings To The Requirements Of The Fire Protection Expert Opinion. Construction And Installation Conditions, Their Technical Condition (Related To Fire Protection). The Building Will Have The Following Installations: ➢ Water And Sewage ➢ Electric ➢ Lightning Protection ➢ Gravity Ventilation ➢ Central Heating From The Solid Fuel Boiler Room Located On The Basement Floor ➢ Internal Hydrants ➢ Fire Alarm System (As A Replacement Solution) ➢ Smoke Removal From Staircases. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Technical Documentation, Including The Construction Design, Detailed Designs, Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), Formal And Legal Documentation, Including: Decision Of The Starosta Of Będzin No. 124.2023 Of March 7, 2023. – Permit For The Construction Of The Above-Mentioned Construction Project - Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
