Tenders Are Invited For Agency Services For Vessels Participating In The Final Of The Tall Ships Races 2024 Event In Szczecin

1. The Contractor Will Provide Agency Services For A Fleet Of Up To 60 Vessels, Which Will Include A Maximum Of: A) 50 Vessels With An Loa Of Up To 50 Meters, B) 5 Vessels With An Loa Of 50 To 75 Meters, C) 3 Vessels With Loa From 75 To 90 Meters, D) 2 Vessels With Loa Over 90 Meters.2. Providing 24-Hour Agency Service Servicing The Fleet Of Vessels Referred To In Point 1 During Its Stay In Szczecin As Part Of The Event.3. Organization Of Entry And Exit Of Vessels To/From The Port Of Szczecin.4. Providing People In Charge Of Mooring Teams At The Quays Where The Vessels Participating In The Event Will Be Moored. 5. Coordination Of Services Ordered By The Ordering Party: A) Collection Of Waste, Sewage, Oil Waste From Floating Units, B) Pilot, Towing And Mooring Services, C) Fuel Delivery, D) Provision Delivery, E) Water Delivery.6. Coordination Of Activities In The Field Of Organizing Medical Care For Crew Members Participating In The Event.7. Coordination Of Immigration Clearance Of Crew Members Participating In The Event.8. Cooperation With The Events Technical Operator Regarding The Coordination Of Electricity And Water Supplies To Vessels And Their Connection To The Energy And Water Supply Networks.9. Development And Agreement With The Ordering Party And The Competent Maritime Administration Authority In Szczecin Of A Mooring Plan For The Fleet Participating In The Event Within 35 Days From The Date Of Submission By The Ordering Party Of Detailed Data Regarding The Length (Loa) And Maximum Draft Of The Vessels Hosted In Szczecin In Connection With The Event.
