The Service Being The Subject Of The Order Will Include: 5.2.1. Verification Of Attributes And Entries Contained In The Gesut Database;5.2.2. Verification Of Gesut Data Based On The Results Of Spatial Analyzes Provided By The Ordering Party;5.2.3. Update And Verification Of Gesut Based On Available Source Materials.5.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Volume Ii To The Swz Together With Its Annexes No. 2 And No. 3 To The Opz.5.4. All Proper Names, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications, Technical Reference Systems, Required Certificates, Etc. Used In This Tor And Its Annexes, Including Trade Names, Designations Or Trademarks, Patents, Designations Of Origin, Source Or Specific Process Characterizing The Product Or Service Provided By A Specific Contractor, And Which May Have Appeared In The Swz And Its Annexes, Are Only Examples Of Applications Or Requirements And It Should Be Understood That Equivalent Solutions May Be Used. This Provision Also Applies To All Types Of Standards To Which The Ordering Partys Institution Refers In The Procedure Documentation.5.4.1. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Products Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. 5.5. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches A List Of Equivalent Solutions With Its Description Or Standards To The Offer.5.6.
