Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Along With Obtaining Administrative Decisions For The Scope Of Works Required By The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994 (Permit For The Construction Of An Air Hall With A Period Of Use Of 180 Days) 2. Carrying Out Construction And Installation Works In All Industries, Implementing Land Development In Accordance With Design And Delivery And Installation Of Devices And Equipment Necessary For The Operation Of The Facility And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit (If Necessary).3. Providing Authors Supervision By Designers (Design Authors) For The Duration Of The Investment (Including Participation In Coordination Meetings On The Construction Site, Verification Of Compliance Of The Implementation With The Design Documentation). The Scope Includes Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works In The Following Areas: Football Pitch With Total Dimensions Of 30X62 M And Playing Field Dimensions Of 26X56 M With An Artificial Grass Surface, Drainage System And External Lighting, Fenced With Ball Catches With A Gate (1 Pc.) And Wickets (3 Pcs.), Selection And Installation Of Pitch Equipment Elements - Football Goals 5X2 M,  Assembly Of A Temporary Pneumatic Hall With Dimensions 29X61m, Height 8-9M, Consisting Of A System Of Three Coatings Braided With A Network Of Steel Ropes, Attached To The Ground With A System Of Ground Anchors, Equipped With A Heating And Blowing Unit System With A Reserve Blowing System Combined As One Device Or The Use Of Two Independent Blowing Devices, Lighting (Basic And Emergency), Main Doors (1 Pc.) And Emergency Doors (Min. 2 Pcs.), Warehouse For Storing The Pneumatic Coating Of The Tin Type, Modernization Of Green Areas, Construction Of Technical Infrastructure, Necessary Spacers And Protection Underground Utilities Network (If Necessary), Necessary Cutting Down Of Trees And Bushes, The Task Is Carried Out With Co-Financing From The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture. Note: 1. After Completing The Acceptance Procedure And After Instructing The Users Employees In The Operation Of The Devices, The Contractor Is Obliged To Dismantle The Temporary Pneumatic Hall Within 30 Days From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works By The Ordering Party.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform, At Its Own Expense, All Maintenance And Service Services Necessary To Maintain The Warranty Throughout The Warranty Period, Including Twice A Year. The Contractor Will Provide Technical Supervision Over The Assembly (Disassembly) In The Autumn Period (October/November) And Disassembly (Assembly ) Temporary Hall In The Spring Period (March/April) On The Date Agreed With The User3. The Contractor Undertakes To Instruct The Users Employees In The Assembly And Disassembly Of The Air Dome And The Operation Of The Air Dome, Including The Heating And Blowing System. The Training Will Take Place At The Place And Date Agreed With The User, After Completing The Acceptance Procedure. The Training Will Be Documented In A Signed Protocol. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In: - Functional And Utility Program (Annex No. 7 To The Swz), - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 12 To The Swz).
