Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2023.682, I.E. ) Or Corresponding Equivalent Authorizations In This Specialty, Which Were Issued On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Regulations - In Accordance With The Polish Construction Law, Or Corresponding Authorizations Issued To Citizens Of Countries Of The European Economic Area And The Swiss Confederation, In Accordance With Art. . 12A And Other Provisions Of The Construction Law Act (Journal Of Laws 2023.682, Consolidated Text) And The Act Of December 22, 2015 On The Principles Of Recognizing Professional Qualifications Acquired In The Member States Of The European Union (Journal Of Laws 2023.334, Consolidated Text) And Article 20A Of The Act Of December 15, 2000 On Professional Self-Government Of Architects And Construction Engineers (Journal Of Laws 2023.551, Consolidated Text) Note: The Ordering Party Requires That A Construction Works Manager With Construction Qualifications To Manage Construction Works In The Road Specialty Is Employed In The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned. Investment Throughout The Entire Investment Period. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Personal Data Of The Works Manager And The Authorization Number And Attach A Photocopy Of The Decision On Granting Construction Authorizations And A Certificate Of Membership In The Professional Self-Government Chamber.2) The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, According To The Bill Of Quantities And In Accordance With All Standards Legal And Technical Regulations Applicable In Construction, With Due Diligence And In Accordance With The Best Professional Knowledge. All Materials Must Have: - A Safety Sign Certificate Showing That Compliance With The Criteria Of Relevant Regulations And Technical Documents Has Been Ensured. - Declaration Of Conformity Or Certificate Of Compliance With: Polish Standard Or Technical Approval In The Case Of Products For Which No Polish Standard Has Been Established, If They Are Not Covered By Certification.3) It Is Recommended That The Contractor Undergoes An On-Site Visit.4) Materials, I.E. Construction Rubble, Prefabricated Elements, Concrete Elements, Etc. Will Be At The Disposal Of The Ordering Party. The Materials Should Be Transported And Stored At The Storage Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E.: Storage Yard At Ul. Mickiewicza 27 In Ryglice. 5) The Detailed Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Are Specified In The Annexes, I.E.: Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, A Map With The Marked Scope Of Work, As Well As In The Contract Template And, Additionally, In The Bill Of Quantities.
