I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Following Construction Works Aimed At The Thermal Modernization Of Building 1A Along With The Reconstruction, Expansion And Superstructure Of Part Of The Building Of The Environmental Self-Help House At Ul. Szpitalna 1 In Miechów. The Existing Building Is Located On The Plot No. 2191/20. The Existing Facility Is The Building Of The Community Self-Help Center. A 2-Story Building (Part Of The Building With A Basement, Ground Floor, 1St Floor) With An Unused Attic And, In The Newer Part, A 1-Story Building (Part Of The Building With A Basement, Ground Floor), Detached, Consisting Of One Block In A Polygonal Horizontal Projection. The Building Is Made Using Traditional Brick Technology. Foundations In The Form Of Stone Foundation Walls And, In The Newer Part, Walls Made Of Concrete Blocks Placed On Foundation Strips, External And Internal Load-Bearing Walls Made Of Brick And Ceramic Blocks, Partition Walls Made Of Brick. The Building Has A Multi-Slope Roof Covered With Metal Tiles. Currently, The Building Together With The Adjacent Area And Technical Infrastructure Are In Use. Ii.
