The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Products Meet The Requirements Contained In The Assortment And Price Sheet - (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz) And Are Admitted To Trading In Poland. In The Case Of Mentioning Proper Names In The Description Of Small Laboratory Equipment In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And 6 Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Products. By A Product Equivalent To The One Indicated In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Understands A Product Consistent With The Description Given In The Name Column Of Annex No. 2 To The Swz And With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Of The Reference Product.4. Place Of Delivery: Warehouse Of The Purchasing Department Of Umw, Wybrzeże L. Pasteura 1, 50-367 Wrocław And Warehouse Of The Wałbrzych Branch Of Umw, Ul. Zamkowa 4, 58-300 Wałbrzych Room No. 401 (From Monday To Friday From 08:00 To 14:00, Excluding Public Holidays) At Your Own Expense And Risk. 5.
