1. The Subject Of The Order Is Full Banking Services For The Budget Of A Local Government Unit - Żywiec County, I.E. The County Office In Żywiec And 20 Organizational Units, On Equal Terms And Conditions. 2. Banking Services Will Include, Among Others: On The Following Services:2.1 Providing Free Banking Services In The Electronic Banking System In A Standard That Guarantees Full System Security2.2 Ongoing Banking Services 2.3 Storing Funds Of The District Office And Organizational Units On Interest-Bearing Accounts Referred To In The Swz, With The Possibility Of Excluding Interest On The Account Indicated In The Instruction.2.4 Monthly Capitalization Of Interest On Funds Accumulated On All Bank Accounts Of The Starosty And Subordinate Units2.5 Acceptance Of Short-Term And Long-Term Deposits.2.6 Opening An Overdraft Facility In The Amount Specified In The Authorization In The Budget Resolution:3. The Contractor Will Provide Banking Services To The County Office In Żywiec And Organizational Units In A Branch, Bank Branch, Customer Service Point Or Other Organizational Unit Of A Bank Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Żywiec. Banking Services Will Be Provided During Office Hours.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, With The Exception Of Activities Related To Cash Service, Indicated In Point 7.5. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Directly Serving The Ordering Party In A Branch, Bank Outlet, Customer Service Point Or Other Organizational Unit Of A Bank Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Żywiec, As Well As At The Cash Point Located In Żywiec, Al. Wolności 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Swz.
