Piotra Wysocki, Ul. Odrowąża 19.2. The Subject Of The Order, Including In Particular The Program Assumptions For The Roofing Of The Existing Multi-Purpose Sports Field And The Related Requirements, Are Described In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. The Design Of Construction Works Includes In Particular: 1) Obtaining Maps For Design Purposes; 2) Carrying Out Geological Research; 3) Developing A Design Concept Based On The Submitted Functional And Utility Program And The Conditions For Locating The Public Purpose Investment No. 12/Cp/T/2023 Of October 17, 2023, Annex No. 8 To Swz;4) Preparation Of Construction Designs Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, No. 682, As Amended), - Hereinafter Referred To As Construction Law;A) Preparation Of Cost Studies, I.E. Investor Cost Estimates;B) Bills Of Quantities For All Industries;C) Bios;5) Preparation Of Technical Designs In All Industries (Necessary Connections For The Proper Functioning Of The Sports Hall) Within The Meaning Of Chapter 2 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Regarding The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454);6) Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction Works;7) Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Others On Behalf Of The Ordering Party;8) Documents Referred To In Art. 34 Section 3 Of The Construction Law;9) Preparation Of Any Other Documentation Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Contract.4. The Performance Of Construction Works Includes In Particular: 1) Performance Of Construction Works And Activities Described In Accordance With The Conditions For Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment Of October 17, 2023, The Contract, Functional And Utility Program And Swz, As Well As Other Works And Activities Not Described In These Documents, And Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Art And Its Proper Completion; 2) Preparation Of The Area For Carrying Out Construction Works, 3) Removal Of Any Conflicts With The Existing Infrastructure, 4) Construction Of Buildings And Performance Of Other Construction Works, Including, Among Others, .: Site Preparation, Reinforced Concrete Works, Steel Structures, Sanitary And Electrical Works And Described In The Functional And Utility Program, 5) Preparation Of Geodetic And Cartographic Studies And Geodetic Activities Applicable In Construction Within The Meaning Of The Construction Law, Including, Among Others, Maps Created As A Result Of Post-Construction Surveying Of Building Structures, 6) Delivery And Installation Of A Mobile, Virtual Laser Shooting Range For Four Shooting Positions, Described In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 5.
