The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works For The Renovation Of Two Residential Premises (Vacant Properties) Owned By The Commune Of The City Of Radom, Which Are In The Resources Of The Municipal Housing Management Board In Radom, Located In Radom In The Following Locations: - Ul. Anielewicza 3/5 M 4,- Ul. Słowackiego 67 M 15.2. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Masonry And Plastering, Flooring And Cladding Works, Carpentry And Painting, 2) Sanitary Installation Works With The Necessary Replacement Of Accessories, 3) Electrical Installation Works With The Necessary Replacement Of Accessories, 4) Works In The Field Of Gas Installations Along With The Necessary Replacement Of Equipment, 5) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation For Each Residential Premises. Characteristics Of The Premises: Residential Premises At Ul. Anielewicza 3/5 M 4The Premises Are Located On The First Floor In A 3-Story Brick Building With A Traditional Brick System, With A Basement, Densely Ribbed Ceilings Consisting Of Reinforced Concrete Beams And Ceramic Blocks, Load-Bearing Walls And Brick Partitions. The Building Is Managed By A Housing Association. The Premises Consist Of A Kitchen, Bathroom, Hall And Two Rooms. Usable Area - 45.48 M². The Detailed Scope Of The Renovation Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities. Residential Premises At Ul. Słowackiego 67 M 15 The Premises Are Located On The First Floor In A Two-Story Building Constructed In The Traditional System, Partly With A Basement, Built In 1918, Wooden Ceilings, Load-Bearing Walls And Brick Partitions. The Building Is Managed By The Municipal Housing Authority. The Premises Consist Of A Kitchen And A Room. As Part Of The Renovation, A Bathroom Will Be Separated In The Kitchen. The Method Of Heating The Premises Will Also Be Changed From Solid Fuel Stove Heating To Gas Heating. Usable Area – 39.52 M² The Detailed Scope Of The Renovation Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities.
