The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Existing Gas Boiler Room In The Building Of The Leżajsk Commune Office As Part Of The Task: Entitled Modernization Of Gas Boiler Rooms In Municipal Facilities - Design And Build System2. The Task Includes: Design Documentation• Preparation Of Documents Needed To Obtain A Building Permit, Including Technical Expertise With Obtaining A Derogation In Connection With The Location Of The Boiler Room Below The Ground • Submitting A Notification About The Intended Date Of Commencement Of Construction Works, Disassembly Works• Dismantle The Gas Boiler Along With The Discharge Pipe Exhaust Gases,• Dismantle The Distributor, Shut-Off And Measuring Fittings, Pumping And Protection Systems,• Dismantle Sections Of The Cold Water, Hot Water And Circulation Installations In The Boiler Room,• Dismantle The Radiator,• Dismantle The Hot Utility Water Tank,• Dismantle The Flue Gas Duct• Dismantle The Pipes Supply And Exhaust Air • Cut Tiles On The Wall And Floor, Area Approx. 13.50 M2 - Floor And 39.0 M2 - Walls • Dismantle The Existing Gas Detection System With The Solenoid Valve And Alarm Module, • Dispose Of The Dismantled Devices And Present The Waste Card, • Dismantle Entrance Door To The Boiler Room And Widen The Door Opening • Remove The External Window, Gas Boilers: • Install Two Gas Condensing Boilers Operating In A Cascade System With A Total Power Of Min. 98.0 Kw Parameters With The Necessary Fittings, I.E. Expansion Vessels, Safety Valves, Filters, Thermometers, Manometers, Pumps, Water Treatment Station, Shut-Off And Check Valves With A Distributor System And Piping With Insulation And The Necessary Fittings, Condensate Neutralizer And Water Treatment Station , Hydraulic Clutch • Perform The Required Inspections Of The Device. Control Of Heating Devices: • Install A Weather Control Device For The Heating Device, • Install A Control Unit In An Accessible Place In The Boiler Room, • Install An External Temperature Sensor And Sensors Inside The Building, • Prepare An Operating Manual In Polish And Provide It To The Ordering Party. Guidelines For Construction And Finishing Works:• Installation Of The Entrance Door To The Boiler Room In An Appropriate Fire Resistance Box, Dimensions Min 90X200cm, • Replacement Of A Window With Dimensions 90X50cm Made Of Pvc In An Appropriate Fire Resistance Register (If Required)• Paint The Surfaces Of The Walls And Ceiling With Ceramic Paint (Paint The Ceiling And 3 Walls)• Lay Large-Format Tiles On The Floor With Dimensions Min. 60X60cm, Color To Be Agreed With The Investor, • Place Large-Format Tiles On The Wall On Which The Boiler Will Be Mounted And Fittings With Dimensions. Min. 30X60cm Or 60X60cm Color To Be Agreed With The Investor, • Replacement Of The Sheet Metal Hatch For The Cooling Well. Installation Requirements Gas Installation: • Rebuild And Expand The Gas Installation From The Boiler To The Solenoid Valve, • Install Gas Filters In Front Of The Boilers, • Perform Tightness Tests And The Required Acceptance Of Installations. • Install A New Gas Detection System Consisting Of A Solenoid Valve For Gas Detectors In The Explosion-Proof Housing Of The Optical-Acoustic Alarm Alarm Module • Renovate The Gas Boxes For The Main Valve And Solenoid Valve, Remove All Dirt, Dust And Rust And Repaint Them Yellow, Central Heating Installation: • Rebuild And Expand The Section Of The Central Heating Installation In The Boiler Room And Connect It To The Designed Gas Boilers, • Install A Ladder Radiator In The Room. Boiler Room• Install Thermal Insulation Of The Central Heating System, • Perform A Tightness Test, Cold Water, Hot Water, Circulation And Sewage Installation: • Install A New Hot Water Heater Powered By A Gas Boiler Room With A Capacity Of Min. 140 Dm3 And Additionally Equip The Tank With An Electric Heater, • Install Cold Water, Hot Water And Circulation Systems In The Boiler Room • Make Steel Pipe Installations, • Install Heat-Insulating Installation • Perform A Tightness Test, Electrical Installation: • Perform Internal Electrical Installation In The Scope Boiler Room Rooms, • It Is Necessary To Provide For The Connection Of All Necessary Boiler Room Equipment, • The Lighting Of The Boiler Room Rooms Should Be Adjusted, Chimney And Ventilation Installation: • Build An Air-Flue Gas Duct To Discharge Exhaust Gases From Boilers Operating In The Cascade System • Install New Supply And Exhaust System Ducts .3. The Described Scope Of Works Does Not Introduce Any Accessibility Barriers For Disabled People And Is Designed For All Users. 4. The Implementation Of The Order In Question Has No Impact On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs.5. The Exact Scope And Other Information Necessary For The Valuation Of The Works Are Presented In The Functional And Utility Program.6. Equivalent Solutions: In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Functional And Utility Program, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. All Criteria And Features Described In The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Set The Minimum Standards That The Offered Product Or Service Must Meet. Types Of Materials Specified In The Functional And Utility Program And Devices Are Given To Determine The Minimum Technical Standard. The Contractor Has The Right To Replace Them With Materials And Devices With At Least Equivalent Technical Parameters, Provided That The Assumed Technical Standards Are Achieved. The Contractor Proposing Equivalent Materials And Devices Is Responsible For Checking The Possibility Of Using Them In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Every Respect (Including, For Example: Properties, Dimensions, Weight, Method Of Transport And Assembly). A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 7. Construction Materials Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Of Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract To An Entity Authorized To Dispose Of Waste And To Provide The Ordering Party With A Document Confirming This Activity (Waste Transfer Card). 9. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Complete Set Of Documents To Report The Completion Of The Works (Reports, Construction Log, Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity For The Incorporated Materials).10. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program And Applicable Technical Conditions. At The Time Of Acceptance, The Facility Must Be Suitable For Use Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Construction Law.
