The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Complete Technical Documentation, Including The Design, And Submitting It For Approval To The Ordering Party, 2) Submitting The Required Notifications And Obtaining All Necessary Permits, Technical Conditions, Opinions And Arrangements On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Along With Covering The Costs Of Obtaining Them, Required In Connection With With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, 3) Notifying The Authorities Of The State Fire Service Referred To In Art. 56 Section 1A In Connection With Art. 29 Section 4 Point 3 Letter C Of The Construction Law, 4) Disassembly Of Solar Panels Located On The Roof Of The Main Building (The Location Is Shown In Annex No. 5 To Swz - Drawing No. 1) And Their Reassembly On The Supporting Structure At Ground Level In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, 5) Agreement With Before Commencing The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Location Of A New Photovoltaic Installation, 6) Works Related To The Preparation Of The Area, Including Cable Routes And The Location Of Individual Devices, 7) Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of A Brand New Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof Of A Four-Story Building (Main Building), Hereinafter Referred To As Installation, 8) Use Of Photovoltaic Modules (Panels) With Requirements And Parameters No Worse Than Those Listed In Point (A). From A To F Of This Point, I.E.: A) With A Power Of Min. 400W For One Module (Panel),B) With Dimensions: Height 1700Mm And Width 1100Mm Or More,C) In Monocrystalline Technology,D) In The Operating Temperature Range: From -35° To 80° Or More,E) With An Efficiency Of 10 Years Of Use, Minimum 90%, F) Possibility Of Installing Dedicated Optimizers, 9) Connecting The Photovoltaic Installation To The Power Installation Of The Prison In Przemyśl, Along With Prior Approval Of The Project With A Fire Protection Expert In Accordance With Art. 29 Section 4 Point 3 Letter C Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Law,10) Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of An Intelligent Management System Energy And Monitoring System,11) Purchase, Delivery And Installation And Configuration Of Power Optimizers For All Photovoltaic Modules,12) Carrying Out All Necessary Measurements And Tests Of The Efficiency Of The Installation,13) Making A Dedicated Earth Electrode For The Supporting Structure,14) Commissioning The Installation, Configuration, Staff Training And Obtaining The Necessary Documents Enabling Its Use,15) Preparing As-Built Documentation Regarding The Installed Photovoltaic Installation And Submitting It To The Ordering Party.4. The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1 Of This Chapter Of The Swz Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation, Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of A Photovoltaic Installation Along With Its Connection To The Companys Power Installation And Commissioning, As Well As Any Other Activities Necessary For Proper Implementation Subject Of The Order, Or Required In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations And Recommendations Of The Competent Authorities And Utility Administrators, 2) Agreement With The Ordering Party, Before Commencing The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Location Of The Photovoltaic Installation, Including The Proposed Route Of Cable Routes, The Location Of The Photovoltaic Panels On The Roof Surface And The Installation Site Other Necessary Equipment. The Planned Location Of The Panels On The Roof Slope Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Drawing No. 2.3) Selection And Purchase Of All Elements Of The Installation (Including: Photovoltaic Modules, Supporting Structure, Inverters, Cables, Optimizers, Overvoltage And Lightning Protection Devices) - Ensuring Its High Quality, I.E.: A) Photovoltaic Modules - Selection, Purchase And Delivery Of Photovoltaic Modules, Ensuring High Quality Of The Installation, B) Structure System For Mounting Photovoltaic Modules - Selection, Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of A Structure System For Mounting Photovoltaic Modules (Supporting Structure), C) Inverters - Selection, Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Inverters, Ensuring High Quality Of The Installation, D) Monitoring And Measurement - Implementation Of An Installation Enabling The Ordering Party To Remotely Supervise The Correct Operation Of The Installation And The Current Level Of Electricity Production (Production Monitoring System With A Weather Station) - Browser Internet And Internal Electricity Meters, E) System Blocking The Outflow Of Energy - The Planned Installation Does Not Provide For The Distribution (Transfer) Of Energy To The Power Grid - The Scope Of Work And Distribution Covers Only The Zk Area In Przemyśl. For This Purpose, A System Should Be Provided That Blocks The Outflow Of Energy Into The Suppliers Power Grid, F) Power Optimizers - Selection, Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Power Optimizers Aimed At Controlling The Parameters Of The Current Generated By A Given Photovoltaic Module So That It Does Not Block Others Or Itself Was Blocked By Other Modules,G) Cooperation With The Generating Set - The Planned Installation Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures Cooperation With The Existing Generating Set, Which Will Ensure The Relief Of The Operation Of The Generator Through The Energy Obtained As A Result Of The Operation Of The Installation;4) Earthworks Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order;5 ) Preparation Of The Roof Surface For Installation, Including Adapting The Number Of Photovoltaic Panels To The Existing Supporting Structure And, If Necessary, Construction Of A New One And Construction Of Cable Routes Related To Connecting The Installation To The Existing Infrastructure Of Zk Przemyśl;6) Securing The Work Area With The Utmost Care And Occupational Health And Safety Rules And Fire Protection;7) During The Implementation Of The Works, Ensuring Safety In Pedestrian And Road Traffic Within The Installations;8) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Regarding The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Delivery And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation In The Prison In Przemyśl Along With All Documents Specified In Swz In Paper Form (2 Copies) And In Electronic Form In A *Pdf File And An Editable *Dwg File On A Cd-Rom (2 Copies) And Forwarded To The Ordering Party;5. Materials And Devices Used In The Execution Of The Order Must Be: 1) New And Of Good Quality, 2) Comply With The Standards And Regulations Listed In The Ordering Partys Requirements, Approved For Trading And Use In Accordance With Applicable Law, 3) Have The Legally Required Declarations, Certificates Of Conformity And Marking .6. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Obligations Of The Contractor: 1) Providing The Ordering Party With: A) A Material And Financial Schedule For The Subject Of The Order; B) Complete As-Built Technical Documentation Along With All Opinions, Arrangements And Other Documents Obtained As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order; C) All Necessary Documents And Instructions Enabling The Use Of The Installation, Including In Particular: • Results Of Tests And Measurements Of The Installation, • Catalog Cards Of The Installed Devices, • Nc Rfg Certificate For The Inverter, • Operating Instructions And Operating Instructions For The Installation; D) A Set Of All The Above-Mentioned Documents In Paper Form (2 Copies) And In Electronic Form In A *Pdf File And In An Editable *Dwg File On Cd/Dvd (2 Copies).7. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractors Carry Out An On-Site Visit In Order To Inspect The Site Of Installation Works At The Prison In Przemyśl And Verify The Amount Of Material And Equipment Needed For Its Implementation. The On-Site Visit Can Be Carried Out On Working Days From 8:30 A.M. To 2:30 P.M. Until May 7, 2024. The Date Of Inspection Of The Place Of Work Should Be Agreed In Advance By The Contractor With The Person Authorized To Communicate With Contractors Regarding The Subject Of The Order.8. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of This Swz, Applicable Standards, Health And Safety Regulations And Fire Protection Regulations.9. The Contractor Should Comply With The Procedures And Rules Related To Entering, Moving And Working Within The Premises Of The Prison In Przemyśl.10. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Order: A) For Assembly Works For A Period Of: 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance, B) For The Inverter / Inverter (Product Warranty) For A Period Of: 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance, C) For Modules Photovoltaic (Product Warranty) For A Period Of: 120 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance, D) For Photovoltaic Modules (Performance Warranty), For A Period Of 120 Months, The Efficiency Of The Photovoltaic Installation Will Not Fall Below 90% From The Date Of Final Acceptance, E) For Other Installed Devices ( Equipment, Cabling) A Warranty Is Required In Accordance With The Manufacturers Warranty Cards, But Not Less Than 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order.11. Regardless Of The Warranty, The Subject Of The Contract Is Covered By Warranty For Revealed Defects From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Civil Code.
