Journal Of Laws 2022.840, As Amended),2) Construction Design For The Architectural, Construction And Other Industries To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Conservation Decision And A Building Permit,3) Executive Designs For The Architectural Industry , Construction And Other - Necessary To Complete The Order, 4) Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 5) Investor Cost Estimates For All Works Specified In The Design And Conservation Program. The Subject Of The Documentation Is: 1) Conservation Works Consisting In Cleaning And Maintaining The External Facades Of The Building Complex At Ul. Łazienna 16, Ciasna 4/6/8 In Toruń (From Ul. Łazienna 16, Ciasna 4/6/8), 2) Renovation Of The Facade From The Side Of The Yard And Gate Passage (From Ul. Ciasna), 3) Replacement Or Repair Of Gutters ( Depending On The State Of Preservation),4) Partial Repair Of The Roof (Depending On The Need),5) Construction Works On The Facade Of The Building Complex At Ul. Łazienna 16, Ciasna 4/6/8 In Toruń, Related To Conservation Works Performed On The Facade, 6) Performance Of Moisture-Proof Insulation, Renovation Of The Side Entrance Doors, Work On The Gutters, Local Roof Repairs, 7) Replacement, Repair Or Removal Of Other Elements Placed On The Facade – Scope Of Work After Agreement With The Ordering Party, However, It Is Necessary To Leave All Road Infrastructure, Monitoring And Other Elements Necessary For Their Function, 8) Renovation Of External Wooden Doors From The Side Of Ul. Ciasna,9) Vertical Insulation From The Sidewalk Level Into The Building Complex From The Ciasna Side To The Necessary Extent, And All Works Related To Restoring The Condition Before The Works On The City Sidewalk Should Be Planned, 10) Conservation Of The Historic Entrance Portal From The Łazienna Side 16,11) Making A Copy Of The Historic Door From The Side Of The Street Łazienna, The Original Of Which Is Kept In The Ordering Partys Branch - The Old Town Hall, On Display, The Doors Will Perform Their Current Functions (The Main Entrance For Visitors To The Toruń History Museum), They Should Have Mechanical Security Enabling Them To Be Locked From The Inside Of The Facility, 12) Conservation Works And Necessary Works Construction Rooms With A Turnstile To The Extent Enabling The Placement Of A New Part Of The Exhibition. The Contractor Is Obliged To Consult With The Ordering Party The Proposed Solutions, The Type Of Architectural Research To Be Performed And Other Elements Of The Order. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out Authors Supervision Within A Maximum Period Of 4 Years From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Documentation.
