Tenders Are Invited For Service Of Conducting Specialized Courses Leading To AcquiringImproving Professional QualificationsCompetencies For Students Of Vocational Schools And Technical Schools - Divided Into 12 Tasks.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Conducting The Course 3D Modeling In Blender For Beginners, In A Stationary Form, For 10 Students Of A Technical Secondary School In Wrocław.2. The Course Will Be Conducted For 1 Group (10 Students), Lasting 28 Teaching Hours (1 Teaching Hour = 45 Minutes).3. The Course Will Be Carried Out In A Series Of Classes Conducted: 1) During The School Year 2023/2024 And 2024/2025 - On Working Days From Monday To Friday And On Saturdays, For A Maximum Of 4 Teaching Hours Per Day - No Earlier Than From 9:00 A.M.; 2) During Holidays - On Working Days From Monday To Friday And On Saturdays, For A Maximum Of 8 Teaching Hours Per Day.4. The Service Implementation Schedule Will Be Provided To The Contractor By The Ordering Party (After Prior Arrangement With The Contractor) Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract,5. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Conducting Classes On Other Days And Hours Than Those Indicated In Section 3 Swz - Only After Acceptance Of These Terms By The Ordering Party.6. The Ordering Party Informs That The Course Will Take Place At The Vocational Training Center, Ul. Strzegomska 49A, 53-611 Wrocław. 7. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Specialist Laboratories Required To Conduct The Courses, Each Of Which Will Be Equipped With Appropriate Equipment Necessary To Conduct The Course And Consumables Necessary To Conduct The Course To Implement The Course Program.8. The Basic Obligations Of The Contractor - In Order To Properly Prepare And Conduct The Course - Will Include In Particular: 1) Developing And Presenting The Course Program To The Ordering Party For Approval - Within 7 Business Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Provided That A Detailed Course Program Must Be Prepared Based On The Following Framework Program (And The Form Of Classes Is To Include: Workshops, Practical Exercises, Lecture): A) The Course Program Must Be Based On Digital Competence Standards Based On Digicomp And Must Include: • Basics Of Working With The Program, • Basics Of Working With Objects ,• Basics Of Modeling,• Modeling In Practice,• Creating Uv Maps,• Texturing,• Lighting,• Rendering,B) The Course Program Will Be Prepared By The Contractor In Polish, In A Paper Version (In Compact/Stapled Form) Based On The Template Provided By The Ordering Party (Materials Must Be Marked With The Name Of The Course And The Name Of The Project And Bear Information About Co-Financing Of The Training From European Union Funds And Must Be Marked With Logos Provided By The Ordering Party);2) Keeping An Attendance List: A) The Contractor Will Receive A Template Of The Attendance List Prepared By The Ordering Party; B) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Attendance List To Students (During Each Meeting Carried Out As Part Of The Course) And Approve It With His Signature Confirming The Presence Of Students On The Course; C) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Attendance Lists Within 7 Business Days After The End Of The Course; 3) Preparation And Provision Of Training Materials To All Course Participants, Which Will Include At Least The Training Program And A Summary/Script/Discussion Of All Issues Included In The Training Program: A) All Materials Will Be Prepared By The Contractor In Polish, In An Electronic Version In Accordance With The Digital Standard (Wcag Standards 2.1 Specified In The Act Of April 4, 2019 On The Digital Accessibility Of Websites And Mobile Applications Of Public Entities). The Materials Will Be Marked With The Name Of The Course And The Name Of The Project And With Information About Co-Financing Of The Training From European Union Funds. In Addition, The Training Materials Must Be Marked With Logos Provided By The Ordering Party; B) The Training Materials Will Be Adapted To The Needs Of Participants - People With Disabilities, Which Will Be Reported By The Ordering Party (If Reported); C) All Training Materials Require The Acceptance Of The Ordering Party; D) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party A List Of Names Of People Who Received Training Materials Along With Confirmation Of Their Transfer (I.E. The Participants Signature) - Within 7 Business Days After The End Of The Course;4) Preparing And Issuing To All Participants Of The Course Personalized Certificates Of Completion: A) The Contractor Will Prepare And Will Issue To All Participants Name Certificates Of Completion Of The Course, Specifying The Number Of Hours Of The Course, The Scope Of Issues Covered And Skills Improved - On The Template Provided By The Ordering Party; B) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Name List Of People Who Received The Certificates Along With Confirmation Of Their Transfer (I.E. Participants Signature) - Within 7 Business Days After The End Of The Course; 5) Carrying Out Validation - The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out: A) Initial Validation Of The Course Participants Competencies; B) Final Validation, In Order To Verify The Acquisition/Improvement Of The Course Participants Competencies; And Submit The Results Of The Validation In A Validation Protocol (A Template Of Which The Contractor Will Receive From The Ordering Party) - Within 7 Business Days After The End Of The Course, Along With A Sample Copy Of The Validation Material (E.G. Test, List Of Practical Tasks, Etc.).9. The Contractor Will Conduct Workshops In Accordance With The Program Approved By The Ordering Party And The Schedule Provided To It By The Ordering Party.10. The Aim Of The Course Is To Improve The Digital Competences Of Participants By Learning The Most Important Blender Tools And Techniques For Creating Three-Dimensional Objects, So That Its Participants: 1) Learn To Create Their Own Three-Dimensional Objects By Using Modeling Tools; 2) Learned How To Create Realistic Materials, How To Animate Objects, Use Realistic Lighting And Rendering.11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Conduct The Course In Accordance With The Principle Of Non-Discrimination, Including Gender-Sensitive Language.
