The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Laundry Services, I.E. Washing, Disinfection, Ironing And Ironing, In Accordance With The Needs And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party - The Prison In Czerwony Bór And Its External Branch In Grądy-Woniecko, In The Amount Of Approximately 85,000 Kg. Items Submitted For Washing On A Given Day Are Returned By The Contractor After Washing On The Next Designated Day. During The Return And Collection Of Goods At The Ordering Partys Premises, The Goods Delivered And Collected From The Laundry Will Be Weighed And Counted In The Presence Of Authorized Representatives Of The Parties, Upon Receipt On The Receipt Agreed By Both Parties. Due To The Reduction Of The Total Number Of Orders To A Maximum Of 60%, The Ordering Party Will Not Bear Any Liability.3) In The Event Of A Change In The Number Of Services Provided In Individual Items Of The Table In Point. 2, The Ordering Party Will Only Cover The Costs Related To The Service Actually Provided. The Ordering Party Considers A Calendar Month As The Settlement Period For Invoicing. The Contractors Actual Remuneration Will Be Calculated As The Product Of The Number Of Services Provided In The Completed Settlement Period And The Unit Fee For 1 Kg Of Laundry Specified In The Offer Form. The Deadline For Payment Of The Remuneration Due To The Contractor Is 30 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of A Correctly Issued Invoice To The Ordering Partys Registered Office. The Ordering Party Within 7 Days Counting From The Date Of Delivery Of The Washed Items, He Has The Right To Complain About The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Has A Maximum Of 2 Days To Consider The Complaint. If The Complaint Is Accepted, The Contractor Will Remove The Reported Irregularities Within A Maximum Of 5 Days By Supplementing The Delivery Of The Washed Items In The Event Of Discrepancies In The Quantity Or Will Perform The Service Again In The Event Of Questioning. Quality. In The Event Of Destruction Or Loss Of Items, The Contractor Is Obliged To Cover The Reasonable Costs Of Replacing The Lost Or Destroyed Item. The Type And Quantity Of The Product Range As Part Of The Laundry Service Provided Will Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, To Which The Contractor Agrees And Will Not Pursue Any Claims For Quantitative And Type Changes During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. Washing Service For Each Of The Products Listed In The Table In Point 2 Must Be Available To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Commission The Service To Another Entity And To Charge The Contractor With The Costs Of Implementation If The Contractor Does Not Collect The Assortment Intended For Washing From The Ordering Party On The Specified Date And Time. Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Public Procurement Law (Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship) The Ordering Party Requires The Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of At Least One Person Or More Persons Performing Laundry And Ironing Activities Or Collecting And Delivering The Subject Of The Order For The Duration Of The Order. During Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Perform Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding The Contractors Or Subcontractors Compliance With The Requirement Of Employing Persons Performing The Activities Under An Employment Contract.
