Part 1 - Purchase Of Teaching Aids - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1.1 To Swz 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Equipment And Teaching Aids For The Needs Of The School Complex In Jabłonna. 2. Supplies Purchased Under The Order Will Be Intended For Students, Including Students With Special Educational Needs.4. The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery To The Headquarters Of The School Complex In Jabłonna And The Bringing Of The Equipment Covered By The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Requires That The Computer And Electronic Equipment Delivered As Part Of The Order Be Turned On On The Day Of Their Delivery, The Software Installed And The Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party Trained In Their Operation. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree With The Ordering Party The Day And Time Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, Taking Into Account The Schools Working Hours.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order In Person And To Participate In Its Unpacking.7. Goods Delivered By The Contractor That Do Not Comply With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Considered Missing.8. If It Is Found That The Contractor Has Delivered Damaged Goods Or Has Not Delivered Them, He Is Obliged To Deliver Them At His Own Expense On The Next Business Day To The Schools Office.9. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 24-Month Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order: - The Quality Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Starts From The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free Acceptance Protocol - During The Quality Guarantee Period, The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Repair The Equipment Within A Maximum Of 7 Business Days From The Date Of Reporting The Defects By The Ordering Party. And Failure. The Ordering Party Understands That Repair Is The Performance Of All Activities That Will Restore The Original Functionality Of The Equipment. 10. Each Delivery Item Under This Procedure Should Be Brand New, Have No Traces Of Use, Have Original Packaging And An Operating Manual In Polish.
