In 2024 Through: Sorting, Recovery, Composting And Storage Of Municipal Waste And Other Lawful Waste Management Methods. Waste Management Is Intended To Ensure The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery Using Other Methods, And To Limit The Mass Of Municipal Waste That Is Biodegradable And Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Commune (Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2024, Item 399, I.E.) And The Provisions Of The Waste Management Plan For The Masovian Voivodeship.
