1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Of Catching, Taking Over And Providing Care For Homeless Animals From The Słupia Commune And Caring For Them In A Shelter, Carried Out By One Contractor Within One Economic Entity, In Particular By: 1) Continuing Care For Animals In The Shelter. Shelter In Niemojewo 62, 98-360 Lututów (Number Of Dogs As Of April 20, 2024 - 29 Pieces)2) 24-Hour Humane Catching Of Homeless And Unattended Animals From The Słupia Commune And Their Transport To The Shelter Run By The Contractor (Understood A Place Intended For The Care Of Pets That Meets The Conditions Specified In The Act Of March 11, 2004 On The Protection Of Animal Health And Combating Infectious Animal Diseases (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1075) And The Conditions Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Agriculture And Rural Development Of January 20, 2020 On Detailed Veterinary Requirements For Running Animal Shelters), And In Necessary Cases To The Veterinary Clinic, After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party. Animals That Have Escaped, Gone Astray Or Have Been Abandoned By Humans Are Subject To Trapping, And It Is Not Possible To Determine The Owner Or Other Person Under Whose Care The Animal Has Previously Remained. Catching Stray Animals Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of August 26, 1998. On The Rules And Conditions For Catching Stray Animals (Journal Of Laws Of 1998, No. 116, Item 753), In Accordance With Art. 11 Section 3 Of The Act Of August 21, 1997. On Animal Protection (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580, As Amended):3) Transport Of Caught Animals Should Be Carried Out By Means Adapted For This Purpose And With Appropriate Permits; Means Used To Transport Animals Must Meet The Conditions Specified In The Act Of August 21, 1997 On Animal Protection (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580); 4) Providing Dogs Delivered To The Shelter With 24-Hour Care, 5) Dealing With Animals Caught And Brought To The Shelter In A Humane Manner; 6) Obligatory Sterilization Or Castration Of Dogs, Deworming, Vaccination Against Infectious Diseases, Procedures And Treatment As Needed; 7) Subjecting Animals Brought To The Shelter To A 15-Day Quarantine Combined With Observation In Cooperation With A Veterinarian And Issuing Medical And Veterinary Certificates By Him, 8) Marking Dogs Admitted To The Shelter By Implanting A Microchip, And In The Case Of Contraindications To The Above-Mentioned Procedure, After 3 Months From The Date Of Admission Of The Dog To The Shelter - The Contractor Will Immediately Provide Appropriate Information In Writing Confirmed By A Veterinarian, 9) Euthanasia Of Blind Litters And Terminally Ill Dogs - The Necessity Of Euthanasia Will Be Decided By The Veterinarian Conducting Medical Care At The Shelter, And In The Event Of Such Necessity, Also Performing The Procedure,10) Euthanasia Of Animals With No Hope Of Recovery After Obtaining A Medical Opinion And Disposal Of Dead Or Euthanized Animals In A Shelter In Accordance With Applicable Regulations),11) Taking Actions To Find The Owner (Checking Min. On The Day Of Admitting The Animal To The Shelter, Whether The Animal Has An Electronic Microchip Implanted) And Enabling It To Collect The Animal (Dog) From The Shelter, After The Owner Has Previously Paid The Costs Of The Dogs Stay In The Shelter, Which Is A Condition For Releasing The Animal, 12) Conducting Intensive Activities Aimed At Acquiring New Owners, Concluding Contracts With Adopters On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And Informing The Ordering Party About Concluded Adoption Contracts For Animals Delivered To The Shelter From The Słupia Commune And Sending A Copy Of The Concluded Contract To The Ordering Party At The End Of Each Month In Which The Adoption Took Place In Written Form Along With Photographic Documentation,13 ) Issuing Written Protocols Confirming The Admission Of Animals To The Shelter, Containing A Description Of The Animals Admission, In Particular: The Date Of Admission And The Town From Which The Animal Was Caught, The Date Of Notification By The Ordering Partys Representative, Information About The Transfer Of The Dog To The Owner And Payment By Him Of The Amount Due, As Referred To In Point 11 Of This Paragraph Along With Photographic Documentation, 14) Ensuring The Care Of A Veterinarian On Duty At The Animal Shelter, 15) Maintaining A Website Or Social Media On The Internet Where Current Photographs Of Animals Of All Dogs From The Słupia Commune Staying In The Shelter Will Be Systematically Posted ( Not Only Those For Adoption), Following The Following Guidelines: - Individual Photos Of Dogs Must Be Clear For Identification, The Description Of The Photo Must Include The Animals Identification Number Along With The Gender, Description Of The Character, Features And The Current Age Or Presumed Year Of Birth Of The Pet, − In The Case Of Animals Transported From The Previous Shelter, Photos Must Be Placed On Social Media Or On The Shelters Website, No Later Than 1 Month From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract In Question, − Photos Of Newly Caught Dogs To The Shelter Must Appear On The Shelters Website Or On Social Media No Later Than 1 Month From The Date Of Admission Of The Dog To The Shelters Register, 16) The Contractor, In Cooperation With Schools, Non-Governmental Organizations Dealing With The Protection And Care Of Animals And Volunteers, Will Promote Correct Human Attitudes And Behavior Towards Animals By Conducting Educational Activities For Children And Youth ,17) The Contractor Will Submit Relevant Information To The Ordering Party Within 15 Days From The End Of The Quarter About The Actions Referred To In Point 17, 18) Only Animals That Are Microchipped, Spayed/Neutered And Vaccinated And Have Completed Documents Specified In The Regulations May Be Put Up For Adoption. Shelters With A Current Health Book,19) Puppies Up To 3 Months Of Age For Adoption Without Microchipping And Castration/Sterilization Procedures May Only Take Place After A Prior Positive Decision Of A Veterinarian,20) If The Animal Is Adopted And Has Not Undergone Castration Or Sterilization Procedure (This Applies To Young Animals That Have Not Reached Sexual Maturity) The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Adoption Contract A Provision On The Need For Sterilization/Neutering Within A Strictly Defined Date. The Procedure Is Free Of Charge And Can Only Be Performed By A Veterinarian Or A Clinic Performing Procedures For The Contractor, 21) The Contractor Will Not Charge New Guardians For Accepting A Dog For Adoption, 22) Sterilization Or Castration Of All Animals Caught From The Słupia Commune And Staying In The Shelter , In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations, With The Exception Of Animals For Which There Are Contraindications To Performing These Escapes Due To Health Condition Or Age, No Later Than 6 Weeks From The Moment Of Admission To The Shelter. In The Event Of Medical Contraindications After 3 Months From The Date Of Admission Of The Dog To The Shelter - The Contractor Will Immediately Provide Appropriate Information In Writing Confirmed By A Veterinarian, 23) Enabling The Collection Of His Animals From The Shelter Within 14 Days From The Date Of Capture After Documenting Their Ownership Rights ( Method Of Documentation – E.G. Vaccination Book). After This Period, The Dogs Will Be Put Up For Adoption, 24) As Part Of The Control Of The Order Execution, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Enter The Shelter Premises At Any Time During The Contract Execution Period, Inspect The Animals And Document The Animals Kept In The Shelter, 25) Catch: A) Homeless Dogs - Without Undue Delay, But No Later Than Within 24 Hours Of Notification By The Ordering Party; B) Aggressive Stray Dogs - Immediately After Reporting By The Ordering Party, But No Later Than Within 12 Hours From Reporting, 26) Keeping Up-To-Date Records Of Caught Animals In A Way That Allows Identification Of Kept Animals In The Słupia Commune, Including Photographic Documentation And Forwarding It To The Ordering Party At His Every Request,27) Providing The Ordering Party Once A Month With Information To Be Placed On The Website Www.Slupia.Com.Pl With A Short Description And Photos (Encouraging Adoption) Of Animals Caught In A Given Billing Month From The Area Of ​​The Słupia Commune, Which May Be Adopted - In Electronic Form, 28) Keeping Records Of Animals Transferred To The Shelter And Providing The Ordering Party With Monthly Statements Along With An Invoice For A Given Month. The List Should Include: A) The Number Of Animals Staying In The Shelter At The End Of Each Month; B) The Number Of Animals Caught And Transported To The Shelter In A Given Month, Along With The Dates Of Catching And Admission To The Shelter And The Place From Which The Animal Was Caught (So-Called Information Card); (C) The Number Of Animals Given Up For Adoption Or To The Owner, Dead Or Euthanized; 29) Ensuring Cooperation With The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Programs To Combat Animal Homelessness In The Słupia Commune.2. Estimated Number Of Dogs Delivered To The Shelter - 6 Pieces. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Service With Due Care And Using Its Own Means And Materials. 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide All Information On The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And To Enable Inspection And Access To The Documentation.
