This Notice Concerns The Competition For A Regular Rail Passenger Transport Network, Currently Operated As A Monopoly By The Company Sncf Voyageurs, And Which Has Never Been The Subject Of Competition. This Opinion Concerns The Public Service Contract Which Will Be Specifically Dedicated To The Operation Of The Regional Rail Transport Service Of Line J, Subject To Changes In Services Induced By The Extension To The West Of Line E Of The Rer. Consequently, On The Forecast Date Of Resumption Of Service By The Future Beneficiary, The Offer Of Line J Would Represent An Offer Of Approximately 4.2 Million Commercial Train-Km Per Year Compared To 6.2 Million Commercial Train-Km In Sa2022, Following The Commissioning Of The Rer E Extension Which Would Take Over Part Of The Current Service Of Line J Between Paris-Saint-Lazare And Mantes-La-Jolie Via Poissy
