Tenders are invited for Provision of Cleaning Services Closing Date: 23rd May, 2024 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢300.00 No. of Lots: Lot 1 Tender Description: The Ghana Geological Survey Authority intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the Provision of Cleaning Service. Additional Information: All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Not less than Two Percent (2%) of the Total Tender Price. All Tenderers are required to attach copies of the under listed Documents to their tenders: 1. Valid Public Procurement Authoritys (PPA) Supplier Registration Certificate 2. Valid TAX Clearance Certificate 3. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate 4. Valid Business Registration Certificate/ Valid Incorporation Certificate/ Valid Commencement Certificate with up-to-date renewal 5. Valid VAT Registration Certificate (Evidence of Exemption if Applicable) 6. Evidence of Similar Work Done 7. Audited Financial Statements for the last two (2) years (2022 to 2023). 8. Site Visit Tenders not accompanied by any of the above listed documents will be declared non- responsive.
