For Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction Works And Preparation Of A Final Report According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut, For Issuing A Certificate For Putting The Site Into Operation, Including A Technical Passport Of The Construction , According To Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: Activity 1 - Assessment Of Compliance With The Essential Construction Requirements Of All Parts Of The Investment Project, Of Working Drawings And Details Prepared After The Conclusion Of A Construction Contract; Activity 2 - Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation; The Activities Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor For The Entire Period Of Design And Construction Of The Site, Including The Time Until The Date Of Issuance Of The Certificate For Putting The Site Into Operation.
