The Scope Of Services Provided By The Contractor Includes The Turnkey And Functional Construction Of Complete Structures, Preferably Also In A System Construction Method By The Contractor; And The Outdoor Area Including Integrated Planning (Functional And Appropriate) For A Flat-Rate Fixed Price. This Includes All Planning And Construction Services Required To Create And Hand Over The Object Of The Order, Free Of Defects And Approved In Accordance With Building Regulations.
