Construction Work For Commercial Buildings, Warehouses And Industrial Buildings, Buildings Relating To Transport – Framework Agreement Relating To Rehabilitation Work On Commercial And Artisanal Premises For Which Sem Paris Commerces Is The Contracting Authority. Sem Paris Commerces Is The Owner (Or Holder Of A Long Lease) For Two Thirds Of These Premises. The Rest Of The Premises Belong To Sas Foncière Paris Commerces (Fpc), A Subsidiary Of Sem Paris Commerces And Caisse Des Dépôts; The Sem Manages These Premises On Behalf Of Its Subsidiary. In These Acquisition Perspectives, The Sem Is The Contracting Authority For The Rehabilitation Operations Of The Premises It Acquires On Its Own Behalf Or That Of The Fpc. By This Framework Agreement, It Intends To Entrust These Work Operations As Acquisition Opportunities Arise Through Subsequent Contracts. This Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement With Subsequent Contracts Is Awarded According To The Open Tender Procedure In Application Of Articles R.2161-2 To R.2161-5 Of The Public Order Code. The Place Of Execution Of The Mission Is Paris Intramuros. The Maximum Amount Of The Framework Agreement Is Set At 22M Euro(S) Excluding Tax For The Next Four Years (40 To 50 Premises/Year From 2025)
