Offshore Services – Framework Agreement Regarding Inspection And Maintenance Of Offshore Facilities. Upon Establishment Of This Framework Agreement, The Ordering Party Wishes To Be Able To Procure Inspection And Maintenance Services At The Ordering Partys Offshore Facility. The Inspection And Maintenance Tasks That Must Be Carried Out Are Described In Appendix 2 - Performance Description (Doc. No. 23/13958-6). Here There Are, Among Other Things, These Are Tasks That Deal With Rounds, Including The Reading Of A Number Of Measurement And Control Points, As Well As Testing Of Various Technical Equipment (High Voltage Systems, Secondary Electrical Systems, Cooling And Ventilation, Etc.). In Addition, Rounds Also Include A Visual Inspection Of The Entire Platform, As Well As All Installed Technical Equipment. In Addition To Rounds, There Are A Number Of Work Operations And Annual Inspections Of Equipment That Run At A Fixed Interval. For Further Details Regarding The Acquisition, Please Refer To The Associated Appendices. The Total Acquisition Is Procured For A Period Of Five (5) Years From Signature Of The Framework Agreement With The Possibility Of Extension For 1 + 1 + 1 Year. Purchases Under The Framework Agreement Will Be Made By Direct Award To The Supplier That The Ordering Party Considers To Have Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Cf. Section 4.1 Of The Tender Conditions. The Estimated Consumption Is Expected To Amount To Dkk 80,000,000 During The Framework Agreement Period. The Consumption Can Only Be Regarded As An Estimate, And As A Result Is Not Binding On The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Is Not Bound By This Framework Agreement, And Can Thus Choose To Offer These Independently In Connection With Individual Acquisitions.
