The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Provide Project Management Services For The Hydraulic Development Of The La Planquette Stream Through The Creation Of Six Flood Control Retention Basins And The Doubling Of The Downstream Network. It Includes Impact Studies, The Creation Of The Water Law File, Monitoring Of The Procedure And Site Management. This Project Is One Of The Many Operations Of The 2Nd Action And Flood Prevention Program For The Petits Côtiers Toulonnais (Papi Ptc 2) Carried Out By The Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée (Mtpm) And The Ministry Of Sustainable Development. The Technical Specifications (Expectations Of The Project Owner, Project Constraints And Missions Entrusted) Are Indicated In The Operation Program Serving As Cahier Des Clauses Techniques Particulières (Cctp). Estimated Financial Envelope For The Work: 16,610,000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat. The Contract Is Broken Down Into 13 Tranches: 1 Firm Tranche Composed Of 4 Witness Missions (Avp-Pro-Act-Visa-Det-Aor) And 3 Complementary Missions (Opc- Model-Dr) 12 Optional Tranches: Topo-Geo-Terre-Cc-Ddle-Dae-Iff-Ei-Dep-Ad-Aac-Iep The Deadline For Strengthening The Optional Tranches Is Set In The Act Of Commitment
