The Bauweiser Online Service Is A Development As Part Of The Digitall Project. The Client Of The Project Is The Free And Hanseatic City Of Hamburg (Fhh), Represented By The Authority For Transport And Mobility Transition Bvm (Formerly The Authority For Economic Affairs, Transport And Innovation (Bwvi). The Online Service Bauweiser Represents A Front End In Which Users Can Access As Many As Possible The Necessary Information, Applications And Inquiries From The Planning To The Billing Of A Civil Engineering Project Can Be Stored In A Bundle And Exchanged With Relevant Specialist Procedures In Order To Be Able To Carry Out All Tasks In One Place. As A Digital, Intelligent Assistant, Bauweiser Is Intended To Alert Users To Potential Synergies, Conflicts Or Indicate Outstanding Applications And Thus Support The Process From Start To Finish. The Online Service Bauweiser Provides Users With A User Interface With Which They Can Easily Access Various Specialist Procedures. It Enables Access To The Relevant Services And Specialist Procedures For Civil Engineering Measures Service. Furthermore, Bauweiser Provides Different Administration Functions For Different Inquiries And Applications In Order To Easily Coordinate Different Elements Of A Construction Project. A Core Function Of Bauweiser Is The Map-Based And Georeferenced Recording And Presentation Of Corresponding Measures. The Online Services Bauweiser And Elbe+ Are Web Browser-Based Individual Software Based On Java. Various Interfaces Are Connected To The Applications And Are Used To Communicate With The Connected Specialist Processes. The Online Services Are Operated In Dataports Data Center. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Care, Maintenance And Further Development Of The Bauweiser Online Service As Well As The Separately Available Front End Of The Elbe+ Online Service. For This Purpose, A Framework Agreement Is To Be Concluded With A Contract Term From January 1St, 2025 To December 31St, 2026 With A Two-Time Extension Option For The Client Of One Year Each. The Client Estimates The Requirement For A Maximum Period Of Four Years At Approximately 2,000 Person-Days. The Contractual Basis Should Be The Evb-It Creation Terms And Conditions. The Services To Be Provided Are Divided Into The Following Four Sub-Areas With The Estimated Requirements In Each Case: 1. Maintenance And Support Activities To Ensure The Operation Of The Bauweiser Online Service With A Scope Of Approx. 50 - 60 Person-Days Per Year, 2. Optimization Of Functions That Are In The Productive Version Of The Bauweiser Online Service Are Implemented, With A Scope Of Approx. 120 Person-Days Per Year, 3. Development Of New Functionalities For The Bauweiser Online Service, I.E. Expansion Of The Productive Version Of The Bauweiser Online Service To Include New Functions That Are Not Yet Available In The Service, Amounting To Approx. 165 Person-Days Per Year, 4. Implementation Of Project Scope
