Commissioning Of Heating Installations – Public Service Delegation For The Design, Construction And Operation Of The Heating Network For The City Of Berck-Sur-Mer. The Concession Contract Will Impose On The Concessionaire, Among Others, The Obligations And Execution Of The Following Missions: - Financing And Construction Of Works And Equipment; - Management At Risk; - Provision Of Heat To Users And Signing Of Subscription Policies; - Management Of Relations With Subscribers. - Operation And Maintenance Of Heat Production And Distribution Installations. The Concessionaire Will Be Mainly Remunerated By The Resources Derived From The Operation Of The Public Service And The Revenue To Be Collected From Users Of The Service In Order To Cover Its Operating Costs. The Details Of The Services And All Of The Concessionaires Obligations Will Be Specified In The Company Consultation File Which Will Be Sent To Candidates Admitted To Submitting An Offer.
