Demolition Work – Frankfurt Hbf Restructuring North Building / B Level: Pollutant Remediation Work. The Project Includes The Conversion Of The Distribution Level Known As Building 1 (The So-Called B Level) To The Subway And S-Bahn And Connection To The City With The Dbs Own Technical Centers/Ancillary Areas Below. This Area Is Also Referred To As Upva (Underground Passenger Transport Facility). The Project Also Includes The Reconstruction Of The Northern Part Of The Reception Building, Known As Structure 2 (Basement To Attic Of The So-Called North Building), Including The Reception Hall And Parts Of The Cross Platform. This Area Is Also Referred To As Opva (Above Ground Passenger Transport Facility). Overall, This Results In A Net Floor Area (Ngf) Of Around 69,500 M2 In The Planning Area. The Overall Measure Results In The Tender For Demolition And Pollutant Remediation For The B-Level Construction Areas And The Associated Technical Areas.
