The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Project Management Service Entitled: Reconstruction Of Provincial Road No. 152 On The Świdwin - Połczyn Zdrój Section - Stage Ii - Bridge On The Redga River. 2. The Service Includes: 1) Management And Coordination Of All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project; 2) Performing Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Concluded Construction Works Contract; 3) Actions Aimed At Timely Completion Of Construction Works; 4) Documenting The Progress Of Works; 5) Fulfilling Reporting Obligations Agreed With The Project Manager; 6) Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994 In The Form Of Visits To The Work Site, As Well As Work Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. Planned Number Of Supervisions: Authors Supervision Related To The Stay On The Construction Site - 10 Supervisions And 15 Supervisions Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. 3. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: 1) Demolition Of The Old Bridge And Construction Of A New One, 2) Construction Of A Temporary Bridge And A Diversion Road On The River, 3) Execution Of Demolition Works, 4) Execution Of Structural Layers Of The Surface, 5) Construction Of Bituminous Layers, 6) Construction Of Sidewalks , 7) Construction Of Bus Bays, 8) Construction Of Rainwater Drainage, 9) Installation Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings. The Ordering Party Informs That Construction Works Are Being Carried Out On The Provincial Road No. 152 From Km 41+176.15 To Km 45+170 And From Km 45+400 To Km 57+845.25, The Completion Date Of Which Is October 4, 2024. The Contractor Of This Order Will Be Obliged To Cooperate With The Contractor Of These Works In Order To Properly Perform The Subject Of This Order.
