Consistent with this desire, the Council accepts that it will also need to transfer both the rewards associated with the Development and day-to-day control of the Project to the Successful Respondent. The council wishes to retain an ongoing oversight role to ensure the Land is developed in a manner that contributes to the WCCs vision for Karori, which is to see a high-quality, comprehensive redevelopment of The Site within 36 months of execution of the Sale and Development agreement.
